# Linear setup


## Steps

1. Settings → Connections → Linear → Connect.
2. Linear OAuth → pick the workspace → approve.
3. Pick the default team Niyra files issues to. Done.

## What Niyra can now do

- File issues from email threads, Slack messages, chat context.
- Update issue status, priority, assignee, labels.
- Search issues by query, project, cycle, team.
- Pull what's open / in progress / done for standup.
- Cross-reference Linear issues with Notion docs or GitHub PRs.

## First prompt to try

> "What's in my Linear inbox right now? Top 5 by priority."

## Reconnect

If issues fail to file: Settings → Connections → Linear → Revoke → Connect.
