# Salesforce setup


## Steps

1. Settings → Connections → Salesforce → Connect.
2. Salesforce OAuth → log in → approve.
3. Pick the org (sandbox vs production).

## What Niyra can now do

- Read opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads.
- Update fields, stages, close dates, owners.
- Run reports by stage, owner, region, product.
- File a new lead/opportunity from chat or email context.
- Cross-reference with HubSpot if both are connected.
