Troubleshooting "Niyra didn't reply" 1. Check the cost panel on the last message — if it shows an error, that's the LLM call failing. Most often: credits exhausted, BYOK key invalid, or vendor outage. 2. Refresh the page. WebSocket reconnects automatically; sometimes the browser keeps a stale socket. 3. If still nothing, try a different channel (send "hello" on WhatsApp). If she replies there, it's a web client issue. WhatsApp not connecting - The QR code is single-use. If you scanned and waited, re-open the WhatsApp Setup screen for a fresh one. - WhatsApp on your phone needs internet. The "Linked devices" list on your phone shows whether Niyra is paired. - Niyra runs as her own contact, not as you. If you don't see a Niyra contact in your chats, the pairing didn't complete. OAuth reconnect loop If Gmail / Slack / Notion keeps prompting reconnect: 1. Settings › Connections › click the integration. 2. Revoke from the panel. 3. Reconnect — fresh OAuth dance. Most reconnect loops are stale refresh tokens; revoke fixes it. Voice not working - No mic permission: browser site settings → Microphone → Allow for niyra.ai. - Voice is delayed: check your connection — voice runs real-time and any jitter shows. - Wrong voice / language: Settings › Voice → pick voice + language. English, Hindi, Hinglish today. Memory wrong / stale Open the Memories panel. Find the wrong fact, click Edit or Delete. I update immediately and stop using that memory in retrieval. If you want me to forget something specific: tell me in chat — "Forget what I said about X". The memory archives and I confirm. BYOK key not working - Test the key in the Anthropic or OpenAI console first. If it doesn't work there, it's not us. - Make sure the key has access to the models you're using (Opus access requires a tier-3 Anthropic account). - BYOK panel has a Test button — uses the same call path. Run it before trusting that a save succeeded. Integration scope errors When I say "I don't have permission to do X", I literally don't — the OAuth scope you granted doesn't include that action. Reconnect with broader scopes from Settings › Connections. Still stuck - Email support@niyra.ai with the time the issue happened.
