# Voice calls


## How to ask

> "Call my dentist and book the next opening after 6pm. The number's in my contacts."

Niyra confirms the goal, dials, and starts. You see the transcript stream in real time.

## What she does on the call

- Introduces herself ("Hi, this is Niyra calling for Varun…").
- States the goal.
- Listens, adapts, answers questions naturally.
- Confirms outcomes verbally before hanging up.
- Sends you the transcript + a one-line summary + any commitments she made.

## What she won't do

- Pretend to be you. She identifies herself as "Niyra calling for [your name]".
- Make calls outside the goal — she sticks to the brief.
- Handle highly sensitive verifications (bank account holders, KYC) — those need you on the line.

## Cost

Roughly 12 credits per minute. The cost panel updates live during the call.

English, Hindi, Hinglish today. Voice (ElevenLabs by default; switchable in Settings).
