1. What we collect

When you use Niyra, we collect your email address and authentication credentials, usage metrics (token counts, model used), and billing information (processed by our payment providers, we never store card numbers).

2. Your AI instance

Every Niyra user gets a dedicated, isolated AI instance. Your conversations, memory, and preferences are stored only within your instance. We do not access, read, or use your conversation data for training or any other purpose.

3. LLM providers

Messages you send through Niyra are routed to third-party LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) for processing. We do not store the content of these messages beyond what is needed for your conversation history within your instance. If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys), your API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256.

4. Data retention

Your conversation history persists as long as your account is active. You can clear it yourself at any time from Settings › Reset Assistant, which wipes every memory, conversation and uploaded file. To close your account entirely, email us and we permanently remove your data within 30 days; encrypted backups roll off on the schedule described in our data-retention docs.

5. Third-party services

Niyra uses third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, model inference, messaging and account management. Each provider has its own privacy policy. A named list of the processors we use is available on request from privacy@niyra.ai.
