Conversations

How conversations work — saving, searching, deleting, exporting. The basics of working with Niyra over time.

How conversations save

Every message you send and every reply Niyra writes is saved automatically. You don't have to start a new conversation; pick up where you left off any time.

Search across them

"What did we say about the Acme deal in July?"

Niyra runs full-text + semantic search across every past conversation. Finds and quotes the relevant exchange.

Renaming

Titles are auto-generated from the first message; rename any time. Useful for the few you'll come back to often.

Pinning

Pin a conversation to the top of your sidebar — good for ongoing work (e.g., "investor outreach 2026").

Deleting

Conversations panel → trash icon. Removes:

  • The transcript.
  • Memory facts that came only from that conversation.
  • Attachments uploaded in that conversation.

Cross-referenced facts (you mentioned them in multiple conversations) stay.

Across channels

WhatsApp chats and Telegram chats are also conversations. They show up in the same sidebar; you can move between them without losing context.

FAQ

How many conversations can I have?
Unlimited. No per-conversation length cap (memory handles long-term recall across them).
Can I delete one?
Yes — Conversations panel → delete. Removes the transcript and any memory facts tied solely to it.
