How outbound phone calls work — Niyra dials humans, takes notes, gives you the transcript.

How to ask

"Call my dentist and book the next opening after 6pm. The number's in my contacts."

Niyra confirms the goal, dials, and starts. You see the transcript stream in real time.

What she does on the call

  • Introduces herself ("Hi, this is Niyra calling for Varun…").
  • States the goal.
  • Listens, adapts, answers questions naturally.
  • Confirms outcomes verbally before hanging up.
  • Sends you the transcript + a one-line summary + any commitments she made.

What she won't do

  • Pretend to be you. She identifies herself as "Niyra calling for [your name]".
  • Make calls outside the goal — she sticks to the brief.
  • Handle highly sensitive verifications (bank account holders, KYC) — those need you on the line.

Cost

Roughly 12 credits per minute. The cost panel updates live during the call.

Languages

English, Hindi, Hinglish today. Voice (ElevenLabs by default; switchable in Settings).

FAQ

Can she handle Indian phone systems?
Yes. Tata Teleservices for telephony; Sarvam for Indian English / Hindi STT fallback. Cleanest for India numbers.
What if the call goes long?
Soft limit at 15 minutes per call; you can extend on request. Cost shows live.
