Notion setup

Connect Niyra to Notion. She reads pages, creates docs, files tasks, and keeps your workspace organized.

Steps

  1. Settings → Connections → Notion → Connect.
  2. Notion OAuth screen — pick the workspace.
  3. Select which pages Niyra can access (recommend "All current and future" for your personal workspace; pick specific pages for shared spaces).
  4. Approve. Green check confirms.

What Niyra can now do

  • Read pages and databases.
  • Create new pages, including from email threads or chat context.
  • Update properties on database rows (status, priority, owner).
  • Search across the workspace.
  • Build weekly/monthly summary pages automatically.

First prompt to try

"Create a new page in Project Tracker called 'Q3 launch', date today, status In Progress, owner me."

Reconnect

Settings → Connections → Notion → Revoke → Connect. Fresh OAuth dance fixes most stale-token issues.

FAQ

Can she access every page?
Only the pages you grant access to in the Notion OAuth screen. You pick per-workspace and per-page.
Will she edit pages without asking?
She asks before editing existing content. New page creation runs on your instruction without re-confirming.
