Zoom setup

Connect Niyra to Zoom. She schedules meetings, joins for notes, emails recaps.

Steps

  1. Settings → Connections → Zoom → Connect.
  2. Zoom OAuth → sign in → approve scopes (meetings, recordings).
  3. Optional: enable "auto-join for meetings I flag" in Settings.

What Niyra can now do

  • Schedule meetings (calendar-aware).
  • Generate join links on demand.
  • Read past meeting metadata.
  • Pull cloud recording transcripts.
  • Email recaps with action items.

First prompt to try

"Book a 45-min Zoom with the design team Thursday 2pm. Send invites."

FAQ

Will she join my calls?
Only on your explicit "join this one and take notes" instruction. Defaults to off.
Webinars?
She supports webinar scheduling and registration link generation. Live attendance reports too.
