Soft vs hard limits

  • Soft: warn at 80%, keep going. Credits, voice minutes.
  • Hard: stop until upgraded. Custom MCP server cap (Pro = 3). Hard limits never apply to normal interactive use.

What unlimited means on Alpha

Bounded by sanity, not contract. We don't have a hard cap, but if your usage looks like abuse (scripted high-rate calls, automated scraping at scale), we'll reach out.

FAQ

What happens when I hit a soft limit?
I warn you ahead of time and you keep working until you choose to top up or upgrade. Soft limits never silently degrade quality.
Are there per-day caps?
No daily caps on Pro or Alpha. Standard has a soft daily ceiling at ~30% of monthly credits to prevent accidental burns.
