Salesforce setup

Connect Niyra to Salesforce. She reads opportunities, updates accounts, runs forecast pulls.

Steps

  1. Settings → Connections → Salesforce → Connect.
  2. Salesforce OAuth → log in → approve.
  3. Pick the org (sandbox vs production).

What Niyra can now do

  • Read opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads.
  • Update fields, stages, close dates, owners.
  • Run reports by stage, owner, region, product.
  • File a new lead/opportunity from chat or email context.
  • Cross-reference with HubSpot if both are connected.

First prompt to try

"Forecast pull for this quarter: weighted pipeline by region. Bullet points."

Sandbox or production?
She handles both. Connect each separately; she labels them clearly so you don't mix them up.
Apex / flows?
Out of scope — she reads/writes data via standard REST, doesn't author Apex code.
